Simply Enlightened

This book was good! weather your a mother, sister, girlfriend, teacher, father, grandfather, brother, wife, or husband. If you want to understand the way a males brain works this book will explain it to you. better yet for the ladies if you wanna understand these men and there reactions to situations this book will help you discover that. One thing you probably all know that I didn’t was that female is the primary body, Pretty cool Id say! I always knew we were the best species but that just toped the cake we have history! Without us it just couldn’t be. It takes approx. 8 weeks for the Y gene to take over and begin to create the male organs for a baby boy. The other neat thing she said was that at the age of 5-10 a boy already begins practising facial expressions to hide emotions where as women do not. she also goes on to explain how males are more sensitive to emotions then women only they hide them behind there ego. The male brian has many differences then the females and although I haven’t read the female brian yet, am sure when I do I will find some interesting things about why we are the way we are. This book is a great tool for someone who deals with Men on a daily, and equally beneficial for a man to read to understand himself although the things she explains in her book will prove to be true, when the male you offer this book to says he doesn’t need to read it! of course he doesn’t lol! Another interesting comparison she made was metaphase men have it! it just called something else and were us women have been dealing with the feelings and commitment etc… parts of our brains since we were 20 those male brains only begin after this change in there body, usually around 50-60 years of age. Interesting a males cuddling more at that age expressing more emotions at that age Not so much sexual although he can still fertilize an egg he will loose the wanting. He will be more in tune with his feelings and what he requires to be complete and happy. Imagine that we have to all wait till that age for them to act a little more like us. They have it tough cause I know some men who are very affectionate who say they love to cuddle and hug when actually they are just doing what they KNOW the female craves pretty smart men I’d say. Or not so smart cause there not being real! If your a female or male and you wanna understand a little bit about the functionality of that Male brian this book was informative and keeps you interested. There is a lot to learn and a lot to understand when it come to why we are the way we are!

Something happened this morning that made me think about posting today. I friend from over 12 years ago sent me an email to tell me that her father passed away over the weekend. When she and I were in elementary school we used to go to each others houses for lunch. We became very close friends id say BF in our later years of elementary school. Stuck like glue, laughed till it hurt and partied hard together!

This is the girl I smoked with, drank with, laughed and played with and sometimes even fought with. After all these years and during such a sad time in her life. She hasn’t failed to remember the friends that shared special moments with her and her family and although she should probably be talking about the tragedy of what has happened, she messaged me to invite me to the funeral but also to tell me how dearly his father felt about me. Just hearing that brings tears and smiles to my eyes. Because he was a wonderful man Husband and father. I remember what a wonderful family of love and care they were and how many wonderful days I spent with them all. Which in turn helped shape me in a way.

Its funny as the days go by in this short life we have on earth, we end up fighting, arguing, hurting and thinking such negative things in our lives with our loved ones. When what really matters is what we have today cause tomorrow is not a guarantee and I realize this today after my friend lost one of the most important person in her life, her dad.

I don’t know about you, but when it comes to music am attached. It makes me feel good and its not one type I like. I like them all from Jazz to Hard rock. I hear it everywhere I go, even sometimes I hear it and its just me, no radio. This morning I forgot my headphones but no worries I have a back up on me at all times. lol! while on my way to the office this morning I looked around and I noticed lots of different things people do to pass time. some play music some read books papers some people are already working on there computers. I thought to myself passions these are the passions people have, and its lovely. we are all different and enjoy different things. A friend asked me recently if am an Oscar person someone who tunes in. my response was not even close. I like my music I post videos on my FB throughout the day and I listen to it, but as far as choosing who is best I have no opinion. To me, if it sounds good am happy! Lots of us have different taste in things and its a great thing cause it proves we are all in are own and I like the idea of that. Make us all unique! to many people are things that they are because of the people in there lives and sometimes never really discover what they like or what fulfills there desires. when it comes to what I enjoy its music! Id pick it over TV, reading, writing, If am cooking Id like it in the back if am driving def on the radio, if am running or walking I cant do without it. If there was a tv show on guess the lyrics I would probably go pretty far. usually a new song. I research as far as what the lyrics are, when it came out, and what was the artists meaning behind it. I find it interesting! Enjoy the sound of music!

Today’s Valentines day (Love Day) and I can’t say I need anything more then what I have right now. Cupid <}–)— thank you for shooting me with your arrow.  Am super happy! I have the most amazing BF. My Valenitno and I went to Chicago for the weekend. Without giving to much details, I will say a few things about it, the city. We stayed at the Trump international Hotel for a few nights and was it ever something, the service was spectacular, the view, the food the room was beyond anything I had expected. The trump is one of Chicago Top hotels and they really prove t be. it is also the second largest building in the city. When you arrive in your car there are already expecting you and they open your doors looking awesome very clean and they greet you but not one person but the hole way in different people welcoming you. The guy who help bring up our bags said enjoy your stay at The Trump Chicago Mr and Mrs Santeramo and Happy valentines day! That was funny and seeing my baby’s face was even better. The hotel had Chocolate on the bed, letters throughout the room, it was wonderful. The room service was pricey but well worth every penny. The blinds had a control that you press for them to open the view was gorgeous I loved that, The mirror in the washroom had a TV in it. OMG and the shower. It was sick! That was nothing though the spa the pool the lobby the food it was all mind blowing. We both enjoyed it so much were planning on going back. On our sec night I got to introduce him to my beautiful family we all went for a Delicious Mexican dinner, it was amazing there and everything went better then planned with my family. Although I didn’t get to see them all, It was a great time. I got to talk to my cuz whose engaged and in charge of all the satellites in the sky, really cool and happy for him!   Hes growing into a nice young man. If your planning a trip to a city, Chicago is a beautiful place, I wanna give you more info on my blog but some of these stuff needs to be private. I will say I loved the weekend it was the best ever! High recommended!
